visualEdit Now Available for Free

ActiveCampaign, Inc. recenlty announced that its visualEdit, a web based site editor, is now publicly available as a free software solution. visualEdit is a web based management and editing package that allows users to set up and maintain separate companies, users, and ftp accounts. Users can log in and make changes to their web sites from any computer using a set of graphical tools.

The tools available in visualEdit can be used in maintaining any number of web sites. This includes all types of file creation and modification, eliminating the need for most repetitive maintenance tasks. Users have the ability to create new HTML documents from templates that are setup by administrators. There are an unlimited number of templates that can be displayed for users to choose from. All of the features you would expect from dynamic editor are included: forms, tables, images, and more. File version control allows users the ability to view any past saved versions of HTML templates and then load them within the editor.

VisualEdit is available free for personal use or for a commercial project making it an ideal solution for web designers, web hosts, resellers, and more.
