phpdoc vb1.0 - A PHP Class documentation tool

Hey Everyone, I've written a program named phpdoc which documents PHP class definitions, much like Javadoc documents java source. In fact the program operates much like Javadoc, sharing the same documentation scheme, its idea of @tags, its options, and even the idea of doclets, which were introduced in Javadoc 1.2.
