I am using Firefox. I can see it in IE 8. Why? I am using adblock plus and I have set this website as an exemption but I still can't see it. For the user registration I had to go to IE and check the third link in order to complete the registration.
@emkay: Which toolbar/top menu are you talking about? The dark grey/black internet.com toolbar?

I'm going to guess that it has something to do with the "OAS_RICH is not defined" JavaScript error message, but that's only a guess.
