Hi Patterson, (or anyone who might be reading this),

Thanks for the lengthy article. I've followed your instruction and have created all the detailed fields and codes for the database (I have 15 survey questions and 64 answers!). However, I'm not sure what the actual file looks like when all the codes are placed in the proper order. I notice you have a link but it's currently not found.

I followed your other article and have successfully got the survey results to be sent to my email. But now I want to store the data in a database and make the results available to users, instead.

What's the relationship between the database and the email codes? Do I just replace the "send email" codes with the database codes and keep everything else the same?

Please show me how to put everything together to collect the data.
