Hi,

I've used this article to set up a web calendar for my department on the company intranet and I used you clickable links to post the event into people's Outlook calendar works great, good article worked first time - excellent.

I've moved departments and have started to duplicate my calendar in the other department, who use a folder in Outlook Public Folders to post the teams absences. The folder is also a conference room for the project so is used as a general bin to record peoples whereabouts (not very good in my opinion). I want to wean people off this system and onto mine but need to automatically post into the public folder as an interim step. I found out that the folder has an email address so have tried sending a vcal appoinment as an email attachment using php to the folder's email address but it doesn't appear. I've included myself in the email and it arrives at my inbox and populats my calendar ok but not the public folder.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Paul
