By: BLOGMYWAY.org Subject: Great Tips 4 Newb I'm a newb in PHP, and know some C++. I think PHP is very similar to C++ (I know), and so PHP is a bit easier for me to learn than anything else. The thing is that PHP is more confusing than C++. Why? You have to be very careful with double quote, and single quote and so on (especially connecting to the MySQL database) for security reason, single quote is the way to go. PHP is confusing because it's mingle with HTML. HTML is easy of course, but when you look at the code in a quick glace, you can't make up the code as easy as in C++. You really have to look it carefully and look for <?. Well my noob opinion obviously is a laughable one for the experts.
