Subject: PHP/MySQL not store credit card for payment

Hello,

I am programming developer in PHP/MySQL.
I have programmed my own store.

But I am storing credit card number in a mysql database. Then I create a file with all the transactions and the admin of the store can download the file and import into his software to make sure the transactions are vaild and to get the money on his bank account.

What I would like to do IS NOT TO STORE CREDIT CARD and to be able to process card with a payment gateway (Verisign, Authorize.net ...) If customer has a login or also if the customer has no login.
Need tips on how to implement this ?
