Subject: subcription and multiple dates?

I'm looking for a way to use PHP to create a subscription Calendar for iCal, Outlook, Palm, ect...

Currently with the template I'm using for PHP I can use it to download all dates using and http: link, but then they can't be update automatically to the end user. If I use a webcal: link to the calendar, then iCal and Outlook only import the very first date, and none of the subsequent dates.

I'm hoping that it is somehow possible to be able to do a webcal subscription to a multiple date calendar (MySQL database) using PHP. If anyone has an answer, please e-mail me about it.
