Subject: Do I need PHP&mysql&Apache andDreamweaver MX

Hi!
I'm a total beginner at PHP&Mysql and maybe my problems will seem rather silly for you guys, but to me are important.
I have to create a site that offers e-lessons as an universitary project.
I was suggested to create this site in PHP&MySQL for it's easier this way.
I have installed Dreamweaver MX2004.
now, I must install also PHP, MySQL and Apache server? I believed dreamweaver was enough to create this site.
I have also previouslly installed ORACLE 9i that includes an Apache HTTP server that is on.
Do you know a good tutorial about installing PHP 5 in XP? Or about Dreamweaver?
I would need a quick response.
