Hi i am taking Business Information System classes, and i have been asked to
1.Produce data flow diagrams at level 0,1 and 2
for a Dental Clinic
2.Identify entities and undertake normalisation process, and produce entity relationship diagram. Also for the Dental Clinic.
The system should be able to make appointments, have patient records and billing system.

I would be more than happy if you could help and explain to me Question 1 and 2....
