Subject: RE: CVS via PHP

I am nterested in setting up a CVS server for the management of documents repository (with the possibility for authorized web clients to add and suppress doc from the repository).
Assuming I may install a CVS server on my ISP's server : What are the possiblities today for a the client side ?
- an OS dependant CVS client (for instance a CVS client for PC-Windows if the client is using Windows)
- a web, OS independant, CVS client (a php solution for exemple in web pages)
Need some first aid on this : links or software solutions... THANK YOU
