I wonder if there are any free ide's?

I am dirt poor right now and only have $20 to last me through whole next week.

I guess I can learn emacs or keep using vim in the meantime.


I think I tried phpedit once last year and it was buggy and very french oriented. I do not know if it has improved. A good php dubugger is a must and I wish I had one.
