correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the vcalendar spec specifically say that it's based on GMT? so to get, say November 17th, 2003 06:30 PM EST you have to set your DT field to 2003117T183000-0500 (for minus 5 hours?). My outlook imports just fine when i do that.
