Subject: How to test the effect?

Hai,

I have tried using
output_handler=ob_gzhandler in my php 4.1.2

there is no change effect i see in the result?
what is the way to get the compression ration?

should i also have to use mod_gzip along with ob_gzhandler? clear me on this

thanx,
gopi
