Subject: DOM with IIS

I am an inexperienced web developer with windows XP and IIS 5.1.

I wish to develop a php file manipulating an xml file using dom objects and functions

I have downloaded the libxml2 files but have no idea as to where to put them and how to configure the php.ini file

Could you please tell me what I need to do?
