Subject: PHPDocumentor 1.0.0 STABLE released

Everyone should know about the best auto-documentor, PHPDocumentor. Version
1.0.0 STABLE was just released yesterday, and includes features that others
do not support.

First, the project comes with extensive documentation on how to document
your projects, with tutorials and detailed specifications for both tags and
the included template. You'd think a documentor would include this, but
others don't for some reason.

Other things this project does that others don't do:
--EXTREMELY fast parsing using an event-driven parser, which also supports
parsing of any php file.
--output documentation has useful information and hyperlinks even if there
isn't a single documentation block in the source code
--support for inline tags like {@link}
--easy addition of custom tags
--support out of the box for the tags written for the auto-documentor that
comes with PEAR
--JavaDoc doclet-like facility through Converter class

etc.
